Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our technical support team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return or exchange.
- 2.Technical Assessment
Our engineers will review your request and, if necessary, provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with specific shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely package the device in its original industrial packaging, including all accessories and manuals, and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior.
- 4.Processing and Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit to ensure it meets our quality standards, we will issue a full refund or dispatch your replacement within 5-7 business days.
